As our sales team continues to bring on more customers, our need for talented and experienced Customer Success Managers becomes a top priority. Mavrck is looking for an individual who will be a trusted advisor to our top customers and help build long-term business partnerships. As a CSM, you will gauge the daily pulse of customer success and will be relied upon to communicate performance to the Customer Success team.

This role is perfect for someone who considers themself a strategist and creative innovator. Our Customer Success Managers place priority on building customer relationships and are known for delivering consistent results on time.
